laughable conditions
I say laughable, but if you're trying to play golf, this is not the place to be. Everything poorly maintained, greens are different each nine. Understaffed and poorly managed operation overall.

bottom of the barrel
This course is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to golf in the area. If you enjoy slow greens, bumpy cartpaths, sparse and house lined fairways, then this is the place for you. This would be a better parking lot.
